About Identix

Where it all started…

Identix was founded 22 years ago with the purpose of revitalizing, marketing, and supporting a Training Institute Management System (TIMS) initially developed and tailored for a parastatal. Recognizing its wealth of features, the decision was made to modernize it using the latest technologies and offer it as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model to training providers.

Our software is not only adaptable and customized for South African educational requirements but also aligns with the objectives of the National Qualification Framework (NQF) as outlined in the NQF Act No. 67 of 2008. We take pride in our service and product quality, enabling you to customize basic program details to suit your specific business needs.

TIMS is more than just a Learning Management System (LMS); it comprises three core modules:

  • Learner Management System, including student career planning.
  • Financial Invoicing, costing, and analysis.
  • Scheduling System.
